Elifasi: Tour Manager
Born and raised in Arusha on the slopes of Mount Meru. After he completed studies on Tourism and traveling agency management, he joined tourism industry and he worked with different Companies as a reservation supervisor, Sales and marketing. After many years and changes in companies Elifasi has gained sufficient experience and has handled and managed the reservations of different tour operators during the years and became the responsible person for supervising the operation and control of reservations team.

He joined our team since 2003, his experience includes tour product development, sales, and marketing, and also he is specialized in individual trip planning as well as managing the corporate team and providing the strategic vision for the company.
With regular seminars and conferences as well as tourism exhibitions and events, Elifasi holds great knowledge and hands-on experience of tourism promotion and development additional to his theoretical knowledge and we are very happy to have him in our team as our Tour Manager.
His proficient, tailor-made proposals and a few secret tips, and his competent advisory team make sure that your holiday dreams will come true. Elifasi has a clear concept of quality in the service provided to our clients combined with many years of experience in best practices.
With his professionalism derived from many years in tourism and his ability, Elifasi accepted the challenge to come on board and he is a solutions provider as he can handle difficult situations and make the best out of them using resources available.

Laizer: Tour consultant/Marketing Consultant.
Born and raised within the Maasai community in northern Part of Tanzania-Building great relationships with our many travel partners such as tour operators, hotels, coach companies, and tourism bodies is the responsibility of Laizer. During his studying period in Travel and Tourism, Customer Service and Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism; he also went through the hotel business and gaining valuable experience from the position.  Not only Laizer get to create great itineraries and experiences for your vacation, he gets to experience them first hand so that you can be confident your holidays are in good hands.
He had many years of experience in all areas of tourism such as transportation and logistics, Lodges and Hotels, airport transfers handling, reservations and Itineraries designing,
He joined our team since 2013. Laizer is a driven man with experience coming from the hotel business and Travel and Tourism. The hotel business has given him the necessary tools to handle the position of the reservation agent with our team and his focus on detail is securing a great result.
He has played key roles in both handling incoming tourism but also as one of the pioneers in handling big groups. His supreme control over traffic management and yield is a major improvement for our team. Laizer has a clear notion of quality in the service provided to our clients combined with many years of practice in our tourist destinations.
With many seminars and conferences as well as tourism exhibitions, events and visiting some touristic destinations, Laizer holds great knowledge and hands-on experience of tourism promotion and development additional to his theoretical knowledge and we are very happy to have him in our team as our Tour consultant and Marketing consultant.

Walter: Finance and Administration Manager
With Msc. Finance and Investment, Walter is well qualified to be in charge of the financial side of SED adventures Tours and Safaris Ltd Operation, He joined our team since 2012.
Our Finance department has been enhanced with a very experienced accountant that used to work for many years in known accounting firms. Walter is part of our internal accounting and keeps track of the income as well as monitoring the daily cash flow of our company. Together with the rest of the team, he is the backbone of our office making sure we are always on the correct side of the road.
Walter holds great knowledge and hands-on experience of designing the strategy of sales and marketing and inspiring our team to strive to success. He is very efficient and a results person, he is a vital part of our dynamic team.
He is well recognized for his great work and efforts for the tourism promotion and development additional to his theoretical knowledge and we are very happy to have him in our team as Finance and Administration Manager.
